Job Description
Hiring: Accountant (Tally & GST)
Company: TRIIQ GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED
Location: Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh
Industry: Waste Paper Recycling & Scrap Trading
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records in Tally Prime.
- Handle purchase and sales entries, invoices and GST billing.
- Maintain daily cash book, bank book and ledgers.
- Manage GST records, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and E-Way Bills.
- Handle bank reconciliation and payment tracking.
- Maintain supplier and customer accounts.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
- Maintain stock records, purchase quantities and sales quantities.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Coordinate with the CA for GST filing, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Handle factory expenses, transport charges and labour payment records.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime, GST and MS Excel.
- Experience in trading or manufacturing companies preferred.
- Must be responsible, accurate and able to manage accounts independently.
Salary: As per experience and skills.
