- Coordinate daily activities of the Sales Executives and support the sales team.
- Manage and follow up on customer leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Schedule customer meetings and coordinate sales visits and follow-ups.
- Maintain and regularly update all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, and Invoices as required.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments for order processing and dispatch.
- Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain proper sales reports and documentation.
