Job Description
आमच्या कंपनीद्वारे देण्यात येणाऱ्या सर्व उत्पादनांची आणि सेवांची संपूर्ण माहिती करून घेणे. थेट संपर्क, मौखिक संवाद आणि मार्केटिंग विभागाच्या सहकार्याने नवीन ग्राहक मिळवणे.
जबाबदाऱ्या: विक्री II ग्राहक संपादन
• निश्चित केलेल्या क्षेत्रातील संभाव्य ग्राहकांची (Prospects) ओळख करणे आणि कोल्ड कॉलिंग, ई-मेल, चॅट आणि डोअर-टू-डोअर भेटी यांच्या माध्यमातून नवीन लीड्स निर्माण करणे.
• संभाव्य ग्राहकांसोबत वैयक्तिक भेटी आयोजित करणे, कंपनीचे उत्पादन किंवा सेवा खरेदी करण्यासाठी त्यांना प्रोत्साहित करणे आणि त्यांच्या गरजा पूर्ण करणे.
• ग्राहकांशी नियमित फॉलो-अप करून चांगले संबंध टिकवून ठेवणे तसेच पुन्हा व्यवसाय (Repeat Business) आणि रेफरल्स मिळवण्यासाठी ग्राहकांशी सातत्याने संपर्क ठेवणे.
