Job Description

Job Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
  • Explain general insurance products such as Motor, Health and other insurance policies.
  • Generate leads and convert interested customers into policy sales.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers.
  • Answer customer queries and explain policy benefits, coverage and premiums.
  • Maintain daily calling and customer records.
  • Achieve monthly sales/calling targets.
