Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Immigration Consultant to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle clients while achieving monthly targets. Experience in immigration consulting will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on various immigration programs and pathways
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration options
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and client conversions
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and performance targets
- Handle documentation and ensure smooth application processing
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely case updates
- Deliver excellent customer service and post-sales support
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Immigration Consulting or Sales (target-based roles)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets
- Fast learner with good understanding of processes
- Self-motivated, dedicated, and career-focused
Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in immigration consultancy
- Proven sales performance in a target-driven environment
- Strong customer relationship management skills
