Team Leader

## Key Responsibilities

* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of **Field Sales Executives(Free Lancers)**.

* Develop and execute strategies for **merchant acquisition** across North East

* Generate, source, close, and activate new merchant accounts.

* Drive installation and activation of **GPay QR Codes and Sound Boxes**.

* Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and target achievement.

* Conduct regular field visits with team members to improve sales performance.

* Identify new markets and business opportunities for merchant acquisition.

* Ensure proper on boarding and documentation of merchants.

* Track inactive merchants and drive reactivation through regular follow-ups.

* Provide regular coaching, training, and on-ground support to the sales team.

* Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.

* Handle team-level escalations and ensure smooth execution of the sales process.

## Mandatory Experience & Skills

* Proven experience in **field sales and team handling**.

* Experience managing and motivating a team of sales executives.

* Hands-on experience with **QR Code and Sound Box sales/installation**.

* Strong exposure to **merchant acquisition** in the digital payments/FinTech domain.

* Prior experience in **merchant on boarding** will be an added advantage.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

* Ability to work in the field and achieve business targets.

* Good knowledge of the local North East market.

* Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
