Job Title: Retail Sales Executive – Jewellery Showroom

Department: Retail Sales
Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, gold purity and diamond specifications.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery for weddings, engagements, gifting and special occasions.
- Handle customer queries and build long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom looks presentable.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate billing, sales records and customer information.
- Support daily showroom operations and promotional activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, luxury retail or sales.
- Ability to understand customer needs and confidently explain products.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome; jewellery or retail sales experience will be an advantage.
- Must be willing to work full-time in a showroom environment.
