Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in solar sales. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to generate leads, interact with customers, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Promote and sell solar products and solutions.
- Meet customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain solar products, pricing, benefits, and installation process.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, installation, and customer support.
Candidate Requirements
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in Solar Sales is mandatory.
- Male candidates only.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Ashta, Madhya Pradesh preferred.
Salary & Benefits
💰 ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
