Telesales Representative

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will contact potential clients, explain our digital marketing services, understand their business needs, and convert enquiries into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners and prospective clients.
• Introduce and promote our digital marketing services (Meta ads, lead generation, social media management, content creation, etc.) professionally.
• Understand each client’s business goals and recommend suitable service packages.
• Generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into clients.
• Handle objections confidently and offer effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow company sales processes and quality standards.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or clear accent.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in international telemarketing, tele sales, BPO, or outbound calling is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
