Job Description

Position: Telecaller

Experience: 1–2 Years

Employment Type: Part-Time

Work Mode: Work From Home

Working Hours: 4 Hours/Day, 5 Days/Week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
  • Generate interest and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
  • Handle customer queries and communicate product/service information effectively.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
  • Requirements1–2 years of experience in cold calling and lead conversion.
  • B2B cold calling experience will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Fluent English will be a plus.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home.
  • Laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection required.
