Accountant

Job Responsibilities

 Maintain daily accounting records and accurately record all financial transactions.

 Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, payment records, and other accounting documents.

 Calculate and maintain accurate employee attendance and working-day records for payroll processing.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts

 Reconcile bank statements with company accounts and identify discrepancies.

 Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

 Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other financial professionals.

 Assist in maintaining proper documentation for GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

 Monitor payments, outstanding receivables, and vendor dues.

 Ensure accounting records and financial documents are properly maintained and organized.

 Support management with financial reports and other accounting-related information.

 Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

 Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.

 Knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.

 Good understanding of invoices, payments, receipts, bank reconciliation, AP and AR.

 Good numerical and analytical skills.

 Accuracy and attention to detail.

 Good communication and coordination skills.

 Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
