Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control
- Maintain valid wholesale premises licenses and meet regional drug authority regulations.
- Ensure products are sourced exclusively from licensed manufacturers and authorized vendors.
- Manage product recalls, document customer complaints, and log adverse event reports.
- Verify client credentials to ensure controlled and prescription drugs go only to authorized entities.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Supervise stock control using First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) and First-In, First-Out (FIFO) systems.
- Monitor batch numbers, serializations, and impending medicine expiry dates.
- Oversee proper physical storage conditions, including precise room-temperature and humidity parameters.
- Maintain strict cold-chain governance for vaccines, biologics, and temperature-sensitive injectables with continuous data logs. [1]
Order Fulfillment & Operations
- Oversee picking, packing, and labeling processes to guarantee order accuracy before dispatch.
- Supervise warehouse staff and pharmacy technicians handling animal health products.
- Provide technical guidance to internal logistics teams regarding hazardous or restricted veterinary compounds.
