Job Description
Hamein hamare restaurant/cafe ke liye ek energetic aur polite Waiter / Steward ki zaroorat hai, jo customers ka acche se welcome kare, orders le aur unhe behtareen service provide kare.
Key Responsibilities (Kaam kya karna hoga):
- Customer Service: Cafe/Restaurant mein aane wale customers ko table tak bithana, menu card dena aur pani serve karna.
- Order Taking: Customers se politely orders lena aur unhe menu items (special dishes) recommend karna.
- Food Serving: Kitchen se food aur drinks lekar customers ko sahi tareeke se aur garam-garam serve karna.
- Table Management: Table ki saaf-safai ka dhyan rakhna, purani plates hatana (clearing) aur nayi tabling set karna.
- Billing Assistance: Customers ka bill banana aur payment collect karne mein help karna.
- Side Work: Apni shift shuru hone se pehle aur khatam hone ke baad restaurant ki seating area ko clean aur maintain rakhna.
