Job Description
About the Role-
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented District Sales Manager to drive business growth across Hamirpur district, with a strong focus on General Trade (GT), rural markets, distributor management, and secondary sales.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FMCG sales, particularly in Namkeen, Cookies, Snacks, or similar fast-moving consumer products, and a proven ability to build strong distributor and retail networks across village and local rural markets.
Job Responsibilities-
- Manage and grow secondary sales in the assigned district.
- Handle distributors, retailers, and rural/village markets.
- Develop and expand General Trade (GT) business.
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Ensure proper market coverage, beat planning, and outlet expansion.
- Monitor competitor activities, schemes, and market trends.
- Lead and motivate the sales team for better performance.
- Candidate Requirements minimum 1year of experience in FMCG Sales.
- Experience in Namkeen, Cookies, Snacks, or similar FMCG categories.
- Strong experience in distributor management and rural markets.
- Good knowledge of GT business and secondary sales.
- Strong communication and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Azamgarh district.
