Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage sales invoices, challans, e‑way bills, and dispatch records
- Maintain billing entries, ledgers, and GST compliance in Tally ERP
- Track and coordinate dispatch schedules, stock movement, and logistics documentation
- Generate and update MIS reports, stock registers, and client billing records in Excel
- Liaise with accounts, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in billing and dispatch processes
Mandatory Skills
- Tally ERP: Voucher entry, invoicing, GST, reconciliation
- MS Excel: Formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables), reporting dashboards
- Strong documentation and record‑keeping ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing
- Good communication and coordination skills
