Job Description
Production Supervisor – Feldspar & Quartz Powder and Chips Manufacturing Plant
Company: Balaji Minerals & Co.
Location: Marikal Village, Nagarkurnool District, Telangana
Employment Type: Full-Time | In-Person
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day plant operations, supervise workers, coordinate with contractors and vendors, monitor machinery and production activities, and ensure safety and smooth site operations.
Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Mining Engineering, or related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, mining, mineral processing, construction, or industrial projects.
* Basic knowledge of machinery, production, maintenance, and safety.
* Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
