Restaurant Floor Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Floor & Operations Manager to manage daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, and lead the floor team efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete day-to-day restaurant floor operations.
• Lead and supervise Captains, Stewards, Host/Guest Relations and support staff.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Kitchen, Bar, Service and Billing teams.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, hygiene, discipline and restaurant presentation.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
• Monitor table turnaround, order accuracy and service speed.
• Conduct daily staff briefings and allocate duties/sections.
• Train and motivate staff on service standards, menu knowledge, upselling and guest interaction.
• Monitor attendance, grooming, punctuality and staff performance.
• Manage reservations, parties, group bookings and peak-hour operations.
• Coordinate inventory requirements, stock availability and operational supplies.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Monitor billing, discounts, voids/cancellations and cash-handling procedures.
• Work towards increasing sales, average bill value, repeat customers and positive guest reviews.
• Coordinate with management for events, offers, promotions and special activations.
• Candidate ProfilePrior experience in a restaurant, bar, lounge, hotel or hospitality operation preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
• Good understanding of restaurant service and operational procedures.
• Comfortable working during evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Should be proactive, disciplined, presentable and capable of handling a busy restaurant floor independently.
