Job OverviewVertex India is looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities, supervise workers, and ensure smooth production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Manage and monitor operators, helpers, and production workers.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and machinery.
• Maintain production quality and minimize wastage.
• Monitor machine operations and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.
• Ensure discipline and safety standards on the production floor.
• Maintain daily production reports and records.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely completion of production orders as per schedule.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Good knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in supervising workers and managing production activities.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage manpower and achieve production targets.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
• Packaging industry experience will be preferred.
