WE ARE HIRING SECURITY SUPERVISOR / SENIOR SECURITY GUARD

(Industrial Plant Security)

Location: Rohad Industrial Area, Bahadurgarh, Haryana

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 7-10+ Years (Industrial / Factory Security Preferred)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced, disciplined, and responsible Security Supervisor / Senior Security Guard to manage and monitor the overall security operations of our steel manufacturing plant.

The candidate must have strong supervisory skills, leadership qualities, and experience in handling industrial security operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

■ Plant Security Management

• Ensure complete security of the factory premises, machinery, materials, and company assets.
• Monitor all entry and exit gates.
• Prevent unauthorized entry, theft, and misuse of company property.

■ Material Inward & Outward Control

• Verify all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Check material movement against gate passes and authorized documents.
• Maintain proper vehicle entry/exit and visitor registers.
• Prevent unauthorized movement of materials, tools, and equipment.

■ Patrolling & Surveillance

• Conduct regular security rounds throughout the plant.
• Ensure hourly patrolling and photographic reporting.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and identify suspicious activities.
• Ensure all gates and access points are properly secured after working hours.

■ Reporting & Coordination

• Submit daily security reports to management.
• Immediately report security violations, suspicious activities, or emergencies.
• Coordinate with plant management regarding security-related matters.
• Maintain strict discipline among security personnel.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

✓ Minimum 7 years of experience in factory / industrial security.

✓ Previous experience as a Security Supervisor, Security Head, or Senior Security Guard preferred.

✓ Ex-servicemen / Defence Background candidates will be given preference.

✓ Strong leadership and staff-handling skills.

✓ Knowledge of factory gate management, material movement, and security procedures.

✓ Physically fit, alert, punctual, and disciplined.

✓ Ability to maintain security registers and prepare daily reports.

✓ Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring.

✓ Willingness to work in shifts as per company requirements.
