Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day computer and system-related activities.
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in the system.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Handle MS Excel, Word, email, and other office applications.
- Maintain records, files, and documents.
- Update information in company software/ERP systems.
- Check data accuracy and correct errors when required.
- Support the team with system-related tasks and backend operations.
- Coordinate with different departments for data and system requirements.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of computer and software-related issues.
Requirements:
- Good computer and system knowledge.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/software applications.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates with experience in MIS, Data Entry, Back Office, or System Operations will be preferred.
