- key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update employee/customer/company data in the system.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and maintain Excel sheets and reports.
- Update daily records and trackers.
- Organize and maintain documents and files.
- Coordinate with internal teams for required information.
- Identify and correct data errors or missing information.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.
- Requirements:Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data.
