Job Description

  • Sales & Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets; implement promotional strategies to drive footfall and revenue.
  • Store Operations: Supervise daily opening/closing procedures, inventory levels, billing controls, and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, monitor, and motivate retail floor staff and salesmen; manage shift schedules and evaluate staff performance. [1]
  • Stock & Inventory Control: Ensure proper stock replenishment, minimize shrinkage/pilferage, and oversee periodic inventory audits.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer grievances promptly and ensure an optimal, highly satisfying shopping experience on the floor.
