Business Development Executive (BDE)

JOB SUMMARYThe Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating and converting B2B and B2C leads within the assigned local market and nearby locations. The role involves calling prospective customers, taking appointments, conducting field visits, understanding financial requirements, and providing suitable loan or financial solutions. The Executive will work within the vertical assigned by management and will be responsible for achieving assigned targets.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct field visits across the assigned local area and nearby locations.
• Generate B2B and B2C leads through calls, market visits, references, and networking.
• Contact prospects, understand their requirements, and schedule appointments.
• Visit customers and recommend suitable loan/financial products based on their needs.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
• Collect and submit required customer documents digitally.
• Maintain records of leads, appointments, visits, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned business/lead-generation targets.
• Qualify for performance-based incentives upon achieving applicable targets.
• Perform other activities related to the assigned vertical as directed by management.
