Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle daily billing operations, generate invoices, maintain billing records, verify transactions, and coordinate with the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process invoices and bills.
  • Maintain accurate billing records.
  • Verify payments and outstanding dues.
  • Handle billing queries and discrepancies.
  • Maintain records and prepare billing reports.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
  • Knowledge of GST and accounting is preferred.
  • Good communication and numerical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
