Job Description
TFT – The Food Trip is looking for a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen team in daily food preparation and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
- Wash, peel, cut and prepare vegetables, chicken and other ingredients.
- Help with preparation of burgers, fried chicken, fries, momos, pasta and other menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.
- Wash and clean utensils, containers and kitchen tools.
- Organize and store ingredients properly.
- Assist with receiving and arranging kitchen supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and portion-control standards.
- Keep the kitchen area clean and organized during operating hours.
- Support the team during busy hours and maintain quick service.
