JOB ROLETRI M3 CREDIBLE SOLUTION PVT. LTD. is hiring Field Executives / Camp Executives for customer registration and field camp activities.

Selected candidates will work with the TRI M3 field team and assist customers during community/customer assistance camps.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIESField camps mein customers se interaction karna.
• Customers ko TRI M3 ke program aur process ki basic information dena.
• Customer registration forms fill karwana.
• Required documents/process mein customer ko assistance dena.
• Applicable Kotak 811 account-opening process mein customer assistance karna.
• Customer data aur forms ko properly maintain karna.
• Daily camp report aur completed applications submit karna.
• Team Leader / Camp Coordinator ke instructions follow karna.
• Camp ki discipline aur customer handling maintain karna.
• CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSMinimum qualification: 10th Pass
• Age: 18–30 years preferred
• Good communication skills.
• Hindi/Hinglish mein customers se comfortably baat kar sake.
• Field work aur travelling ke liye comfortable.
• Smartphone chalana aana chahiye.
• Aadhaar/PAN/document-related basic understanding preferred.
• Fresher candidates bhi apply kar sakte hain.

SALARY & INCENTIVEFixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month*

Performance Incentive: Additional incentive based on eligible/qualified work and company policy.

Attendance / Performance Bonus: Applicable as per company policy.

*Salary candidate ke experience, role aur interview performance ke according decide ki jayegi.

WORKING HOURSGenerally field/camp-based working.

Expected Working: 8–9 hours/day

Working Days: As per company schedule and camp requirements.

1. IMPORTANT WORK RULESCustomer se unauthorized fee/charge nahi lena.
2. Customer ko false information ya guaranteed approval ka promise nahi karna.
3. Customer documents/data ka misuse nahi karna.
4. KYC/document process mein koi fake information nahi deni.
5. Company ki permission ke bina customer ko koi financial commitment nahi dena.
6. Company/customer information ko confidential rakhna.
7. Har customer ke saath professional aur respectful behaviour maintain karna.
