Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial software to assist in daily financial transactions and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and reconciliation.
• Work on Tally, Zoho Books, and Advanced Excel for financial reporting.
• Assist in bank reconciliations, GST & TDS calculations, and compliance.
• Draft professional emails and financial reports using MS Word & Excel.
• Maintain financial documentation and records as per company policies.
• Support in budgeting, expense tracking, and audit preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Basic knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, Advanced Excel, and MS Office (Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Good understanding of bookkeeping, financial transactions, and reconciliations.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to draft professional emails and financial reports.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or work experience in accounting/finance is an advantage.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and banking procedures.
