Social Media Marketing Manager

We are hiring a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to manage our company’s social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create monthly social media strategies and content calendars

• Develop engaging posts, reels, stories, captions and promotional content

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube

• Create basic graphics and edit short-form videos using Canva, CapCut or similar tools

• Schedule and publish content consistently

• Research trends, competitors, hashtags and content ideas

• Increase followers, engagement, reach and generate qualified leads

• Manage Meta advertising campaigns and optimize performance

• Reply to comments and messages professionally

• Track results and provide weekly/monthly performance reports

• Coordinate with designers, video editors and other team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of social media marketing experience

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager

• Good English communication and copywriting skills

• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut and AI content-generation tools

• Must understand organic growth, paid advertising and lead generation

• Able to handle multiple brands and meet deadlines

• Candidates must share their portfolio and previous campaign results
