Sales Business Development Manager

Mudrabase is looking for a Branch Sales Manager to grow residential rooftop solar sales and lead the branch sales team. The role covers local lead generation, customer meetings, team performance, and coordination of each customer file through installation and after-sales handover.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSet weekly sales plans and achieve branch sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and guide Assistant Branch Managers and Sales Promoters.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, local partnerships, and marketing activities.
• Meet customers, assess their electricity needs, explain suitable solar solutions, and prepare quotations.
• Track leads, visits, quotations, bookings, and conversions in the company CRM.
• Coordinate with finance, documentation, installation, and net-metering teams to keep customer files moving.
• Resolve sales-related customer concerns and maintain a strong local reputation.
• Share daily activity updates and weekly performance reports with the Area Manager.
• Requirements2–5 years of field sales experience; solar, electrical, home improvement, or financial product sales is preferred.
• Experience managing a sales team and meeting branch targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi; working English is helpful.
• Comfortable with local travel, CRM reporting, and customer documentation.
• Graduation preferred.
