📍 Location: Gujarat

🏭 Industry: Precast Concrete / Manufacturing

👨‍🔧 Experience: 3–5 Years

🎓 Education: ITI Fitter – Mandatory

💼 Designation: Open to candidates from relevant fitter/maintenance designations

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment

• Maintenance of conveyors, mixers, cranes, batching plant, compressors, motors, panels and other plant equipment

• Basic mechanical maintenance, greasing, tightening, belt adjustment, filter cleaning, etc.

• Identify abnormal noise, vibration, heating, leakage and other equipment issues

• Support installation, repair and trial runs of machinery

• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for smooth plant operations

• Maintain daily maintenance records and checklists

• Follow safety, PPE and housekeeping standards

🎓 Education: ITI Fitter – Mandatory

💼 Designation: Any relevant designation considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Fitting, repair and modification of precast concrete moulds and accessories

• Mould size changes, alignment, dent correction and fitting

• Welding and fabrication work related to moulds and plant requirements

• Repair and maintenance of locks, clamps, doors, bars, cylinders, rubber and other mould accessories

• Mould cleaning, oiling, greasing and maintenance activities

• Inspect moulds and accessories before production

• Coordinate with Production, Stores and Maintenance teams

• Maintain mould maintenance records and daily work logs

• Supervise and allocate work to mould maintenance workers

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and EHS requirements
