  • Key Responsibilities of a BDM in EdTechLead Generation: Identify potential customers such as schools, colleges, students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Sales and Revenue: Promote online courses, learning apps, test preparation programs, LMS platforms, and other educational solutions.
  • Client Meetings: Meet school principals, management teams, college administrators, or parents to explain the company's offerings.
  • Business Partnerships: Build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other organizations.
  • Team Management: Guide sales executives, set targets, monitor performance, and help the team achieve its goals.
  • Market Research: Analyze competitors, customer needs, pricing, and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Discuss pricing, explain benefits, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Reporting: Track leads, sales conversions, revenue, and monthly targets.
