RoleWe are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, payments, receipts, reconciliations, and statutory compliance for the company.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding amounts.
• Process vendor payments and maintain vendor accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance as applicable.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Track company expenses and prepare expense reports.
• Assist management with financial information and accounting reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.
