Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in ERP/Tally.
• Process purchase and sales invoices.
• Verify invoices against PO/WO and supporting documents.
• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
• Prepare and process vendor payments.
• Record bank and cash transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Handle GST purchase/sales data and reconciliation.
• Assist with GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation.
• Calculate and record TDS.
• Maintain expense and reimbursement records.
• Follow up for pending invoices and supporting documents.
• Prepare outstanding reports and ageing statements.
• Assist in monthly closing and audit requirements.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation.

Handle GST, TDS and other statutory accounting activities.

Prepare monthly MIS reports.

Monitor project-wise expenses and profitability.

Handle advances, retention, debit notes and credit notes.

Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors and customers.

Support month-end and year-end closing.
