Accountant

We are a fast-growing startup looking for a hands-on Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant or Senior Accountant who can independently manage the company's finance, accounting, statutory compliance, and investor-related financial requirements. Key Responsibilities are -

• Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping.
• Finalize monthly and annual financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors, Company Secretary, banks, and consultants.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis.
• Support fundraising activities by preparing investor reports, financial data, and due diligence documents.
• Manage payroll, vendor payments, reconciliations, and internal financial controls.
• Ensure timely regulatory filings and compliance with applicable laws.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or SME environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliances.
• Proficient in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially with investors, auditors, and senior management.
