Job Description
Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare reports for management. Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Support the preparation for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and vendors regarding billing and payment inquiries.
