Saif Agro Tech is Hiring – Accountant / Accounts Executive

📍 Location: Wilson Garden, Bangalore

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

🕘 Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

💼 Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Accounts Executive who can independently handle day-to-day company accounts.

• Key ResponsibilitiesComplete accounting in Tally Prime
• Daily Purchase, Sales, Payment & Receipt entries
• GST Invoice preparation & billing
• Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
• Customer & Supplier outstanding management
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• GST filing & GST return preparation
• GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & GSTR-2B reconciliation
• E-Invoice & E-Way Bill handling
• Purchase and expense reconciliation
• Maintain proper bills, vouchers and accounting records
• Prepare complete data required by CA/Auditor
• Coordinate with Auditor for GST, taxation & year-end accounts
• Handle Import Purchase Entries and import-related accounting
• Prepare daily/monthly accounting reports as required by management
• Required SkillsMinimum 2+ years accounting experience
• Strong Tally Prime knowledge – Mandatory
• Good GST knowledge – Mandatory
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience in reconciliation and GST returns
• Basic knowledge of TDS & taxation
• Trading / Wholesale / Import company experience preferred

AI & TechnologyCandidate should be comfortable using ChatGPT / AI tools to speed up accounting work, Excel analysis, reconciliation, reporting and repetitive tasks.

We are looking for a responsible accountant who can independently manage accounts, not only someone who does basic data entry.
