Hiring: Accounts & Operations Executive
📍 Vandana Apparels, Jayanagar, Bengaluru
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to manage daily billing, records, customer enquiries, and tailoring coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billing, barcoding, and maintain Excel sheets.
- Track tailoring orders, trial dates, alterations, and final deliveries.
- Update customers via WhatsApp regarding trials and deliveries.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and tailoring teams to ensure timely deliveries.
