Accounts Executive / Team Lead

About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and lead a small team with confidence and clarity. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and enjoys mentoring others while keeping the books accurate and audit-ready.

Key Requirements:

Seeking a candidate with advanced Tally, Excel & MS Office skills and strong working knowledge of GST, TDS & TCS. Must have leadership qualities to guide and mentor a team. Required: B.Com with 80%+ marks and 12th (CBSE); candidates from Mangalore University and residing in Bangalore South preferred.

Experience: [e.g., 3–5 years in accounting/taxation]

Salary: ₹4.80 LPA + performance-based incentives
