Job Description

  • 1. Student & Parent CounsellingCounsel students and parents regarding available programmes, eligibility criteria, career pathways, and academic opportunities.
  • Understand student interests, academic background, and career goals to suggest suitable programmes.
  • Explain course advantages, competitive exam preparation support, infrastructure, hostel facilities, and other institutional benefits.
  • Build trust and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
  • 2. Admission Lead ManagementHandle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
  • Maintain systematic records of prospective students and follow-up status.
  • Convert enquiries into campus visits and confirmed admissions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with interested candidates.
  • 3. Tele Counselling & Follow-upsMake outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
  • Provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, scholarships, and admission deadlines.
  • Maintain daily calling reports and admission conversion records.
  • Reconnect with old leads and nurture potential admissions.
  • 4. Campus Visits & Admission SupportCoordinate and assist parents/students during campus visits.
  • Arrange counselling sessions, campus tours, and interaction with faculty members.
  • Support students throughout the admission documentation process.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of admitted students.
  • 5. Outreach & Promotion SupportParticipate in school visits, career guidance programmes, education fairs, and admission campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and outreach team for admission activities.
  • Support institutional events related to student engagement.
  • 6. Documentation & ReportingMaintain admission databases, enquiry records, and daily reports.
  • Track admission funnel:
  • Leads received
  • Calls completed
  • Interested students
  • Campus visits
  • Confirmed admissions
  • Prepare weekly admission progress reports.
