Key Responsibilities

* Build and manage the distribution network in the assigned area.

* Recruit and develop Part-Time Employees / Business Associates.

* Through these employees, build a strong network of Life Insurance Agents/Advisors.

* Train, guide and motivate employees and agents to achieve business targets.

* Generate new customer leads through the distribution network.

* Help agents identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.

* Drive policy sales, revenue and productivity across the assigned area.

* Maintain strong relationships with agents, employees and customers.

* Conduct regular meetings, training sessions and business reviews.

* Monitor performance and continuously expand the distribution network.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate

* 2–8 years of experience in sales, recruitment, business development, insurance, banking, retail, pharma, automobile or related industries.

* Target-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

* Ability to recruit, train and motivate people.
