Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Guide, train, and motivate sales representatives to meet individual and group targets.
- Daily Operations: Coordinate sales activities, manage lead distribution, and help close major deals.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, track metrics, and prepare reports for upper management.
- Customer Relations: Resolve high-level client complaints and maintain strong accounts.
- Strategy Execution: Implement sales plans and step in for the sales manager when they are absent.
