Associate Program Manager – Technical Operations

Role Summary

We are hiring an Associate Program Manager – Technical Operations to take end-to-end ownership of technical and operational execution. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role spanning light technical work on our application and admin systems, delivery and vendor management, charging network operator onboarding, and station verification processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on technical work on the platform, including writing SQL queries and making small configuration-level customisations to the application and Super Admin portal

• Independently verify and troubleshoot platform functionality, data, and configurations

• Manage day-to-day coordination with our external technology development partner, tracking deliverables and driving open items to resolution

• Support onboarding of charging network operators onto the platform, including technical and documentation coordination

• Support KYC and verification processes for station owners and network partners

• Maintain project tracking, documentation, and status reporting

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a technical operations, technical program, or product delivery role

• Strong working knowledge of SQL and comfort working directly with application/admin systems

• Experience managing vendor or external partner relationships

• Strong ownership mindset — comfortable operating independently across multiple functions

• Excellent organisational and documentation skills

Preferred

• Experience with OCPP, IoT, or hardware-integrated software systems

• Exposure to onboarding, KYC, or verification workflows

• Background in a startup or fast-scaling environment where role boundaries are fluid
