Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support & Booking Executive – Norebang

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
  • Manage bookings, confirm reservations, and answer customer queries.
  • Keep booking records updated and coordinate with the on-site team.
  • Visit the Norebang outlet every Saturday to manage bookings in person.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Organised and responsive.
  • Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp, and bookings.

Work Mode: Work from home 6 days, with on-site work every Saturday.
