Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented sales associate with to join our SPLASH TEXTURES team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience by assisting in the planning, design, and execution of various interior projects, ensuring adherence to accuracy and quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Travelling : Willing travel to meet Architect and designer within the city of Bangalore and visit project sites SPLASH TEXTURE project execution activities.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Liaise effectively with contractors, architects, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution and material delivery.
- Building Rapport: Developing trust and rapport to foster long term partnership and acting advisor to clients.
- Business development : Identify leads and cold calling, meeting new designers for presentation. Should have hunger to learn , improve skills and new sales methodologies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor in any stream OR an interior course.
- Experience: 1 - 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in building construction or interior design . Internship experience is an advantage.
