Salary: ₹17,500 per month + Performance Incentives

About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associates to join our growing team. The role involves generating leads, communicating with prospective students/customers, explaining TeachGrow programs, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into enrollments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up with potential leads.
- Explain TeachGrow courses and programs to students/customers.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into course enrollments.
- Maintain daily follow-up and conversion records.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly targets.
- Build good relationships with students and customers.
- Coordinate with the team to improve lead conversion.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
