We're Hiring – B2B Business Development Executive | College Partnerships
Palle Technologies is looking for an experienced B2B Business Development Executive to build partnerships with colleges and generate business opportunities for our training programs.
📍 Location: Bangalore
🕐 Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Connect with colleges, TPOs, Placement Officers, HODs, and management.
Generate new B2B leads and build strong college relationships.
Pitch our training programs, seminars, workshops, and technical sessions.
Identify opportunities for 2-day, 1-week, and short-term training programs.
Schedule meetings and presentations with college decision-makers.
Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and close business opportunities.
Develop long-term college partnerships.
Requirements
0–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
Experience in Education, EdTech, Training, Corporate Training, or Institutional Sales is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Experience in lead generation, meetings, follow-ups, and sales closing.
Target-oriented and proactive.
