About Urbanbuild Homes
Urbanbuild Homes is a Bangalore-based design-build construction company, delivering residential projects from architectural design to turnkey handover. We help plot owners build their dream homes with transparent pricing, quality materials and on-time delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up leads from calls, website, social media, IndiaMART, Justdial and referrals
- Meet prospective clients (plot owners, families, investors) at sites, office or their homes
- Understand client needs (budget, plot size, floors, design) and explain our construction packages
- Coordinate with architects and estimators to share plans, quotations and BOQs
- Negotiate and close construction contracts; follow up until agreement signing and advance payment
- Build a referral network with real estate agents, plot developers, architects, banks and loan agents
- Represent the company at site visits, property expos and local marketing activities
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel and share daily and weekly reports
- Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA/Civil Engineering is a plus)
- 1–4 years of sales experience; construction, real estate, interiors or building materials preferred
- Excellent communication in Kannada and English; Hindi/Telugu/Tamil is a plus
- Good knowledge of Bangalore localities
- Confident, target-driven and good at building client relationships
- Basic knowledge of construction costs, BBMP/BDA approvals and home loans is an advantage
