Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing clients by phone, video call, email, or WhatsApp.
- Understand clients’ financial needs, goals, and risk coverage requirements.
- Explain available life, health, vehicle, or general insurance products clearly.
- Recommend appropriate insurance plans and assist clients with applications.
- Follow up on leads, renewals, documentation, and policy servicing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and meet assigned sales targets.
- Build long-term client relationships through professional, responsive service.
- Stay updated on insurance products, regulations, and company policies.
