Job Description

  • Operate CNC turning machines as per production requirements.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
  • Set up tools and workpieces as per instructions.
  • Read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
  • Monitor machine operations and maintain product quality.
  • Identify machining defects and report issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
  • Follow safety procedures and production targets.
  • Maintain production records and inspection reports.
