CRM Executive

We are looking for a proactive CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, support the sales team, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to post-sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.

Follow up with leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

Coordinate with customers throughout the sales and documentation process.

Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, payments, and customer communications.

Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and sales reports.

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams for smooth customer onboarding and handover.

Ensure timely customer communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and SMS.

Support customer retention and referral initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA documentation requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2–5 years of CRM experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
